Registration Withdrawal fees:
• Withdrawals postmarked before 1 June 2008: $50
• Withdrawals postmarked after 1 June 2008: The registration fee is non-refundable
On-site Registration fees:
- $575 for professional registrants
- $100 for students & retirees
