Pre Registration Pick-up and Ice-breaker
Tuesday August 12, 2008 - 1700h - 2100h
Come to the Dalhousie Student Union Building, across the street from the McCain Centre, to pick up your registration packets; and attend the Welcome Ice-breaker while viewing the Posters, Sesimic Data Room and Exhibits. Participants presenting posters at the conference are required to hang their posters before this time, between the hours of 0900 and 1700. All posters will remain up throughout the conference.
Reception & Dinner - Canada Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board
On Wednesday, August 13th, Diana Dalton, Chair of the Canada Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board (CNSOPB), will host a Reception & Dinner. This event will be held immediately following the days session at the CNSOPB Data Management Centre, located across the harbour in Dartmouth . Buses will depart from the Dalhousie Student Union Building at 1730h and will return to Dalhousie between 2000h to 2100h.
McCain Centre - Reception / Poster Session
August 15, 2008 - 1700h and 1800h
The conference will wrap up with a Reception and Poster Session. All presenters are required to stand by their poster between the hours of 1700 h and 1800 h. Poster Breakdown will be immediately following the reception.
